5+ stars way "up" for this company's customer service response and customer care (story below). Only reason my rating is less than 5 is because the chair does have some innate design flaws, and after 8 months of office usage is showing lack of hydraulic endurance and also wobbles at the axis point.Customer Service & Product review::: 8 months ago I sought out and purchased this office chair after suffering for nearly 2 yrs with a poorer quality product from a local "big-box" office retailer. I wanted what we all do: Quality of aesthetic, design, structure, engineering, and at an affordable/attainable price point. Decided. Made the purchase.:: 4-5 months into the life of the chair (normal work-a-day office use on a rug/carpet surface), two of the five plastic wheels casters were deteriorating (see attached image):: I emailed the seller's customer support directly. They responded within 24 hrs. After only one more email exchange, I was shipped a pack of new (replacement) wheels for the chair, and they followed up to be sure I'd received them. Chair restored to fresh and healthy usage. Satisfied customer who is thus motivated to sing the company's praises on the internets.Companies, sellers: Communication with your customers in timely fashion.... It makes ALL the difference.
