The quality is great for the costGreat look great sound great price!Cheaply madeSounds good at the beginning and does well the speaker on the the inside has to be non quality very loud static like they are Burst that's why you don't have much warranty to the speakers so if want something for Short period then go ahead but for Long lasting no it's not the one I advise you not to purchase at all keep movingI needed some very basic speakers that took an AUX input from my projector in my living room. Previously we were using various bluetooth speakers that also had the aux input but ran on battery. Our other devices would try to connect to them and in one case the aux port broke. I also didn't want something battery powered if it was going to be plugged in for long periods of time watching movies at home. For some reason it's getting harder and harder to get a very basic aux speaker without extra bells and whistles, so when I saw this I jumped on it!They were smaller than I expected, about the size of a soda can, maybe a bit larger. They power on via USB and it was unclear to me at first if they were really on because an additional button needs to be pressed for the light effects. I actually appreciated this because if I'm watching movies with my projector it doesn't help to have a bunch of extra LED light in the room. A lot of speakers you can't turn off the lighting or there's a huge bright blue LED or something. So that's a huge plus in my opinion. The color effect is nice but not like the photoshopped image where it's all rainbowy so keep your expectations in line.I liked also that these were USB powered as it frees up space and I don't have another wall wart plug taking up a ton of space. That being said it does also limit how loud these get. If you need speakers that get really loud I would say these are not for you. But for me it's a plus because I often have issues with movies these days where there is a ton of gun shot and action noises and I'm constantly turning the volume up and down. With these I had way less of a problem there. If you need to keep the speakers way up on a shelf it may be too quiet but with the speakers right next to me on a table they are perfect for watching movies. The quality is very good for the price. It didn't have the "tinny" sound that a lot of small speakers have although I wouldn't say the base on these is incredible. It sounded better than one of the bluetooth speakers I got for over twice the cost in that regard although that one gets louder.All in all these functioned exactly as I needed them - very basic small speakers, aux only, no bells or whistles, and decent sound quality without a "tinny" sound.I spend all day on video meetings. When not on calls, I like streaming music in the background.I'm setting up a second home office and needed some speakers to meet my needs.These little guys caught my attention because I wanted something small (my desk has limited space).For playing quiet music in the background, they are adequate.Audio for video calls is horrible, and I redirect that output to my laptop speakers.The flashing lights are silly for me (I'm an old guy) so I turned those off (good feature that I could do that).I'm satisfied with them for how I use them, but wouldn't recommend if you are looking for high volume output or spoken voice.So I ordered these, but when I saw the actual price I was like "huh?". They're pretty, they light up, are they the best sound quality? NO. Are they a super low price? YES. Do the pretty lights make me happy? YES. Are the speakers super loud? LOL NO.Again for the price it works for me as I usually have my headset on anyways. I like.I needed a couple of basic, cheap speakers for my work PC, so I could hear email and Slack dings when I'm not looking at it. These speakers are fine for that. I wouldn't really want to use them to listen to music or watch a movie, but I have another PC, with better speakers, for that. The lights are fun at first, but become distracting quickly, so I turned them off.looks exactly like the dollar store speakers... very cheap...not sure why did i spent 20$ on them... I did not try it yet cz its early morning but i will write another update... do not buy...great price for computer speakers!I like the price and them being compact. Wish that they were a bit loader without disstorting.
