I love the bag but disappointed it arrived without the main zipper pull. I don't have time to send it back because it is use.I needed a new laptop bag that could double as a tote and hold everything I need for a workday.This bag looks great, feels great, holds my 17" laptop easily plus ipad, two phones, small purse, cables, and a couple of little accessory bags I carry for pens and extra cables. I still have room for a few more things. For the price, this was an excellent choice for me. OH! and it has a shoulder strap!This bag is fantastic! Very sturdy. Great pockets& compartments. It's sturdy and feminine. I love the color. There are so many pockets and the size is wonderful. It's also the only bag I found that's easy on the eyes and fits my 17in laptop. Zero regrets on this purchase.First, customer service from seller was amazing. This bag was at the airport in NV within about 30 minutes of ordering and arrived in NC overnight. Wow.The bag itself is o.k. feels plastic-y, does not have a leather feel. However, I think this bag will hold up really well and not show scratches and marks so easily because of that fact. The color is not dark grey, it's really espresso. The bag needs to be full of items in order to safely stand up on it's own. My 13" laptop is not large enough to keep the bag upright. The first night I put the lightly filled bag on the counter, next I know the bag got top leavy and fell off the kitchen counter onto tile floor below and computer fell out of bag onto floor. Computer was OK, but I will always put this bag on the floor from now on. The shoulder straps are a tad too short if you like to carry the bag on your shoulder, I'm 5'4", with shortish arms and I struggle to easily place bag on my shoulder--it takes some awkward maneuvering-it's really meant to be carried on your forearm as model is doing. I removed the dongle thingy because it serves no purpose other than decoration. I thought it was a key chain holder, but it wasn't. Anyways nice bag.Update 4-17: Got an email that seller gave me a refund on this bag which I didn't request. I still like the bag and would recommend it to others so I'm puzzled.Great bag buy it! I'm very picky but needed something inexpensive for work. So far its holding up great.It could have been a little wider though.This bag is very durable. Roomy for laptop and notebooksI use it 4 days a week as a school bag. Carries laptop, notebooks, etc. I am happy with how it has held up, stands up on its own if weight is distributed evenly. The multiple compartments inside are very useful, the inside compartment fabric is almost “crinkly” sounding/ feeling. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase!The bag is classy with feminine touches and durable faux leather.Arrived super quickly and in perfect condition!
