I bought mine when I was laid up with a knee replacement recuperation. It worked great for that so I was able to work sitting up in bed with my legs elevated. As for the earlier "center of gravity" comment, it depends on how you adjust the legs. You may have to work out the way it will be most capable for your desired purpose. There are suggestions in the instructions but there are literally hundreds of ways to configure this. And don't stand on it. I read an earlier review when a guy said it broke as soon as he put some weight on it. Yep. 30 lbs max. Don't use it as a step stool.Something useful size.A big enough table.Legs that are easy to use on the bed.It consists of an iron plate and plastic legs.The legs are light and the iron plate is heavier than leg , so if you move a little on the bed or sofa, you will keep falling down.The center of gravity is not below.There is no problem using it on a table or desk board.
